Holland is probably wrong about its having been at "Z-107" -- it was most likely a second later at "Z-124".

He's spot-on, however, regarding the conscious reactions of three of the Secret Service agents in the follow-up car (to Oswald's first, missing-everything, shot -- not at "Z-107," but at "Z-124").
