Your made up story is full of holes. Big Holes! Under your Made Up timelines, you are unable to explain what Harkness did with Euins between his 12:36 radio transmission and 12:45-1:00. You also can NOT get around Haygood making a 12:35 radio transmission from his motorcycle at the Elm St Curb near the Triple Underpass. This 12:35 Haygood radio transmission, means the Darnell Troika footage of Haygood, Harkness, and Walthers would have to be at 12:34. Except the Harkness 12:36 radio transmission makes that IMPOSSIBLE. Harkness testified that he loaded Euins into Sawyer's car BEFORE securing the rear of the TSBD. These are HARD FACTS. That motorcycle cop ain't Haygood. The timelines and testimonies make your fabricated story Impossible.
If you actually read the Euins WC Testimony, he pinpoints EXACTLY where he met Harkness. Like your full of holes fictional story, your location for the Harkness/Euins 1st meeting is ENTIRELY WRONG. This is what happens when you make things up. It snowballs and then quickly unravels when confronted with Hard Facts.
RS: Your made up story is full of holes. Big Holes! Under your Made Up timelines, you are unable to explain what Harkness did with Euins between his 12:36 radio transmission and 12:45-1:00.Harkness said he drove Euins back to the front of the TSBD, put Euins in Sawyer's car, then drove up Houston to the rear of the TSBD. He said he "stayed at the back of the building until {he} was relieved by a squad." He then went back to the front of the building, where Sawyer was setting up as a sort of impromptu command post. This would explain why Harkness' trike is facing west in the Nat Geo footage: he would have returned south on Houston then turned right/west on Elm. Had he left the trike there after driving Euins to the front of the TSBD, the trike would have been left facing east.
RS: This 12:35 Haygood radio transmission, means the Darnell Troika footage of Haygood, Harkness, and Walthers would have to be at 12:34.Why couldn't it be at some point in 12:33? Also, if it occurs at some point in 12:34, that allows for as much as 120 seconds (12:34:00 - 12:35:59) for Haygood to get back to his ride, get the info from the unnamed witness, and radio it it. Given the distance involved, about 250 feet, that's definitely possible.
Except the Harkness 12:36 radio transmission makes that IMPOSSIBLE.Another baseless assertion from you.
Harkness testified that he loaded Euins into Sawyer's car BEFORE securing the rear of the TSBD. He also said that the area to the west of the TSBD was
not the back of the TSBD.
If you actually read the Euins WC Testimony, he pinpoints EXACTLY where he met Harkness.Yes. He placed it just to the west of the TSBD annex and parking shed. That is, near the end of the fence separating the TSBD property from the RR yard. And not too far from where Harkness' three wheeler can be seen in the Darnell film. And we see Harkness walking in that direction when we last see him in the Darnell film.
Like your full of holes fictional story, your location for the Harkness/Euins 1st meeting is ENTIRELY WRONGThe Euins/Harkness meeting, per Euins, is about 25 feet from the end of the fence. That's pretty close. As in, two objects 25 feet apart can both fit inside a standard two-car garage.
