Euins is a double edged sword/witness. He is 1 of the key witnesses regarding shots being fired from the TSBD Sniper's Nest. But, as an adult on "The Lost Bullet", Euins vividly detailed the time spacing of those 3 Shots. Per Euins and his, "POW - POW/POW" recollection as recorded on "The Lost Bullet", there is No Way shots #2 and #3 could have been fired by the Bolt-Action Carcano rifle that was found on the 6TH Floor.

It's from the Mark Bell Film in the area beneath the Film's Sprocket Holes.

Thanks, from appearances this appears to be in the time frame of the camera cars moving down Elm Street. According to Motorcade ‘63 by Mark Tyler, this would be in the neighborhood of 1:15 after the shots were fired. Did Euins ever say that he was down in that area that soon after the shots were fired?
