Town & Country, Nov01, 2023 ( Link )

National Geographic is releasing a brand-new docuseries about the day of
his death, titled JFK: One Day in America.
     ...

     Why you can't fully-trust
     AI Colorization.

"While the colorization process was painstaking — it took 12 weeks to turn
53 minutes of black-and-white images into colored shots — it was done
with the intention to appeal to a younger audience, says Alex Nicholson,
a production executive with 72 Films."

On the face of it, doesn't seem they're going to analyze conspiracy claims.

No, but maybe fan the flames. Just wait until some see the bluish color of Lovelady's shirt in the Robbery and Homicide scene. I've watched the entire three hours. There is a fair amount of scenes I don't remember seeing. I was ready to buy the DVD(s) but it doesn't look like it's for for sale, at least yet.

I would say it was some default neutral color the AI went with. At least they finally got the aspect-ratio correct and Lovelady no longer exhibits "Gorilla Man" proportions.
