What is known about this bullet fragment?

That is the manhole cover on the grass infield/south side of Elm Street.

However, the photo is mislabeled.  No fragment was ever known to have been found there.

The black arrow points to the manhole cover:

And note the leaves in both bullet fragment photos…
I don’t think these leaves would be near that manhole cover...
