Again with the speculation..

Funny what you wrongly percieve to be speculation.  :D

Who cares?
_And yet here you are.. again

I find a clown's performance in a circus entertaining, but I couldn't care less if he performed or not.

Having said that, when he performs his meaningless silliness is always good for a laugh.....

Anybody could claim that they were in their car at that time.  Not at all surprised that Chapman is willing to just take somebody's word for it, as long as they say what he likes.

As for Benavides:

Mr. BENAVIDES - Later on that evening, about 4 o'clock, there was two officers came by and asked for me, Mr. Callaway asked me---I had told them that I had seen the officer, and the reporters were there and I was trying to hide from the reporters because they will just bother you all the time.
Then I found out that they thought this was the guy that killed the President. At the time I didn't know the President was dead or he had been shot.
I was just trying to hide from the reporters and everything, and these two officers came around and asked me if I'd seen him, and I told him yes, and told them what I had seen, and they asked me if I could identify him, and I said I don't think I could. At this time I was sure, I wasn't sure that I could or not. I wasn't going to say I could identify and go down and couldn't have.
Mr. BELIN - Did he ever take you to the police station and ask you if you could identify him?
Mr. BENAVIDES - No; they didn't.

_I have no reason to call Tatum a liar

One can see in the video that Benavides had no doubt that he could ID Oswald
I also have no reason to call him a liar.

Mr. BELIN - Did he ever take you to the police station and ask you if you could identify him?
Mr. BENAVIDES - No; they didn't.

_So what?

Aha! So you do find the Patton Ground Zero witness testimonies meaningless!
Once again, thanks so much for your always-useful posts.

The desperation by which you fight against the odds to keep your little fairytale fantasy alive is hilarious.

You really need to take a step back and ask yourself just how many people are in jail right now for a crime they did not commit, because of flawed eye-witness testimony and/or prosecutorial misconduct. Especially in Texas the track record of one Henry Wade is extremely poor. Just ask Barry Scheck

Where did I say that?

Couldn't you even figure out that the clown and his meaningless silliness I was talking about was you? Oh boy...

You really are a confused puppy.....

Appeal to Authority

And you are practically dismissing the Patton Ground Zero witnesses as liars

Oswald wouldn't qualify for TIP help
Too many 'eyes on' at Patton

Which only tells me you don't understand the fallacy. People being released from wrongful conviction is factual.

And you are practically dismissing the Patton Ground Zero witnesses as liars

Am I?

Why can't they be just as mistaken as all the other witnesses the WC dismissed as mistaken?

Oswald wouldn't qualify for TIP help

He might not need it. A good mathematician would be enough.

Too many 'eyes on' at Patton

That's an appeal to majority fallacy
