1st off, do you have Any Proof that the window between the TSBD and the Dal Tex building was Open?

No I don't all I am implying from images etc is that the shot might be possible, this scenario would add weight to other events that occured during the shooting look at the damaged brickwork in this photo could it be that the first shot knocked some of the cement off onto the chap below on the the 5th.

The shooter was seen by Brennan firing the final head shot from the 6th floor window of the TSBD. Dallas Morning News 11/23 by Kent Biffle

No he wasn't.

Mr. McCLOY. Did you see the rifle explode? Did you see the flash of what was either the second or the third shot?
Mr. BRENNAN. No.
Mr. McCLOY. Could you see that he had discharged the rifle?
Mr. BRENNAN. No. For some reason I did not get an echo at any time. The first shot was positive and clear and the last shot was positive and dear, with no echo on my part.
Mr. McCLOY. Yes. But you saw him aim?
Mr. BRENNAN. Yes.
Mr. McCLOY. Did you see the rifle discharge, did you see the recoil or the flash?
Mr. BRENNAN. No.
Mr. McCLOY. But you heard the last shot.
Mr. BRENNAN. The report; yes, sir.

Close.  It's hanging judge Bugs Bugliosi with the Indian scout Gerry Spence.

Which implies that the photo was taken sometime around their 1986 mock trial.

Brennan says he didn't see a flash or recoil. The Carcano has a weak recoil and doesn't emit a flash.

When asked about the "discharge", he thinks they want to know if he heard an echo.

Then how did he know the person he saw actually took a shot?

I assume he heard the rifle as it fired and that the rifle moved a modest amount. I don't think he needed to explain that to police or the WC.

Any opinions on how these bricks got smashed???

If you look at photos of the sniper's nest taken the day of the assassination, (boxes in place), the bricks running down to the bottom of the window ledge are Not Chipped/Crumbling. The damage we are seeing on the bricks occurred at some point After 11/22/63.

How is it that nobody else seen him?? it just does not add up with what most likely would be the case, ie a few would have noticed him enough to make statements at least to seeing a silhouette
Brennan and that window were not very close and the distance in height complicates it, even further as does the glare on the glass of the top portion due to the sunlight, I suspect all he seen was a silhouette, of a person who was probably laying down by the brickwork under the window ready to plant the shells and probably to stick a metal pipe out there to confuse the firing point, Brennan might well have seen such person carrying out this process as part of the conspiracy, but I would bet my life it was not L.H.O
