Well, to me ...  if I'm seeing it correctly ... it looks like a complete Oswald or a complete Lovelady and ... given the shirt
it looks like the former, given the pics when he was in the DPD.    Again ... if I'm seeing it correctly.

Btw ... he even seems like he has more hair than the traditional pics of Lovelady.
