Are there any facts that support the LN theory that do not also support the patsy theory?  Ordered a pistol, ordered a rifle, left the TSBD after the shooting, shot Tippit, the trip to Mexico City, etc.

There were blatant falsehoods in the various statements of a number of TSBD employees
This could be used to support the 'patsy' theory but undermines the LN theory

Smirk??.....   If I had been in Lee's position, I too would have sneered at the idiots who were using such blatantly unethical tactics to railroad me...  The police line ups are a good example of what I'm referring to.   Lee thought that he was working for the FBI, and he thought The FBI would provide cover for him....   He should have told the reporters  " I've been a stupid sucker, ...I've been too trusting of an organization that I've always admired"
