Was the bow tie standard issue Dallas County Sheriffs Office uniform? Or perhaps it was Todd’s answer to the white cowboy hats that the DPD homicide detectives wore?

The guy sitting in the entrance is not Edwards. Robin's post shows an alder man with glasses.

I don't see anybody "sitting in the entrance".
Are you talking about the older, portly gent framed by the doorway, grey hair, wearing glasses?

The guy looks like a truant officer.....

Why were they detaining the kid inside the TSBD? Was he in the TSBD and was caught in a place where he had no business being?
