What would it take to actually prove that there was a conspiracy anyway? ....especially after 56 years ::)

Great, let’s post a hundred threads then, all stating that you all haven’t been able to prove in the last 56 years that Oswald did it. Because, you know repetition is awesome.

What's the difference?  You people have been posting  hundreds of posts of the same tripe for 56 years claiming there's a conspiracy, a second gunman, etc. without one shred of evidence that Oswald didn't do it!   "Repetition is awesome" works both ways.  It most definitely is not limited to those who believe Oswald is the lone assassin.  The conspiracy books contain the same thing. Rubbish.

Therefore Oswald did it by default? Is that how it works?

Therefore, Oswald didn't do it by default (Oswald apologists).  Is that how it works?

He had to.

The burden is with you LNers to prove Oswald's guilt; innocent until proven guilty, not the other way round. How's that worked out for you the last 56 years? The HSCA deemed this likely a conspiracy and Oswald was not a lone nut assassin, which implied the WCR was likely a cover up.

I thought a half century and releasing the JFK files should be enough to convict Oswald as a LN assassin, if he actually was one. Mooo, where's the beef?

Who contests it? Loons, Smart Alecks with impossible standards of proof, soulless trolls. Delusional conspiracy theorists who figure they have no burden of proof.

Worked out fine. For reasonable people. Why do people get arrested if they're "innocent until proven guilty"?

Cover-up; I don't believe so. And many Panel members had dissenting remarks about the "probable conspiracy" finding. Also the cornerstone evidence of acoustics went from 95-percent probability to a whole lot less. The Committee determined the core medical/forensic evidence showed Oswald fired three shots at the motorcade from above and behind.

No, the thought was that the files were restricted because they contained huge amounts of evidence of conspiracy. That critics would achieve vindication. How did that turn out?
