Discovered this by accident this morning, MFF.org search function compared my search term (Zachary) "Sklar" with "Bajar" company, in the document's text.

Does anyone recall seeing this before, with writing, presumably by House Rep. Bob Casey, (FBI attributes handwritten comment to a Casey, Texas Cong. district constituent named Dick LNU?), "Propose a bill to replace Hoover with a committee of any three men..." ?

There is a second-hand version in Weissberg archive, no written comment and no mention of stranger beelining to false ceiling corner. THOUGHTS?
(I wouldn't ask if I could find an answer, myself, and present it.)

Garrison's investigators and prosecutors did have access to this info, but thirteen months after the discovery, very close to Shaw's trial or....?
