, being an arrogant pronouncer and not any humble analyzer, doesn't stop to think that if Oswald couldn't have been seen at noon in the 2nd floor lunch room because other people were there then he had to have been seen by Dougherty at another time...

That time was closer to 12:25 when Carolyn Arnold also saw Oswald...

The reason

is deathly quiet on this is because he knows he's been trapped by evidence he doesn't want to admit of Oswald being witnessed in the 2nd floor lunch room where he was during the shots and therefore couldn't be Prayer Man...

Fritz:  "I'm fairly certain Oswald told me he was in the 2nd floor lunch room eating lunch during the shots"...

See page 600  of the WR....Captain Fritz wrote:....I asked him what part of the building he was in at the time  and he said that he was having his lunch  about that time ON THE FIRST FLOOR.

Witnessing that the authorities tried to cover-up has more weight than forced quotes...

We have evidence that the Dallas Police and Warren Commission omitted or altered the witnessings of Sarah Stanton, Carolyn Arnold, and now Jack Dougherty - all persons who saw Oswald near to or inside the 2nd floor lunch room...You can see the Commission desperate to get Fritz back on track after he said Oswald told him he was in the 2nd floor lunch room during the shots...This fits the evidence better and explains why no records of Oswald's interrogations were made...

I don't know what problem you are having with Dougherty's quote from his interview with Gill Toff where he clearly stated he (Dougherty) was eating in the Domino Room while Oswald was up in the 2nd floor lunch room eating lunch...Carolyn Arnold made clear that Oswald appeared to be set up eating lunch when she saw him in the 2nd floor lunch room at 12:25...Oswald told Sarah Stanton that he was going back in to the "break room"...

If Oswald lied about eating in the Domino Room it was because he didn't want to reveal his special status of being allowed to eat in the 2nd floor lunch room because Truly knew he was an agent provocateur...(

arrogantly ignores/denies the witnesses for Oswald eating in there regularly)...

Baker & Truly saw Oswald in the 2nd floor lunch room at 12:31 because he was in there the whole time...

Thank you Mr Doyle for providing proof that you are irrational and should not be taken seriously.

Another Doyle fabrication.

a) what other people were there then?
b) why couldn't Oswald be in there with "other people" anyway?

You've provided no evidence for this whatsoever.

We have evidence that the Dallas Police and Warren Commission omitted or altered the witnessings of Sarah Stanton,

We have no such evidence.

Carolyn Arnold,

There is some evidence of this, in that Carolyn Arnold later claimed she never said she saw Oswald at 12:15.

and now Jack Dougherty

We have no such evidence.

You can see the Commission desperate to get Fritz back on track after he said Oswald told him he was in the 2nd floor lunch room during the shots...

No, you see Fritz correcting himself after referring to his own interrogation report.

No problem at all.  You're just fabricating the time that Dougherty claimed to see Oswald there.
