Mr. BELIN. From the time of the last shot the time you and Oswald crossed?
Mrs. REID. Yes; I believe that is the way we timed it.
Mr. BELIN. When you--you saw me start the stopwatch and you saw me stop it there, right?
Mrs. REID. Yes.
Mr. BELIN. When you met in the lunchroom--
Mrs. REID. I didn't meet him in the lunchroom.

Mr. BELIN. Pardon me, when you met in the office, ...

"The first officer to reach the six-story building, Lieutenant Curry said, found Oswald among other persons in a lunchroom."

New York Times, 11/24/63

This is what Chief Curry is putting out to reporters on the Saturday-----------the same Chief Curry who, the day before, had been openly admitting that Mr Oswald had been confronted by a police officer at the front entrance to the building!  :D

Gentle Five-Part Suggestion!

a) Mrs Reid saw Mr Oswald in a white tshirt with a coke in his hand in the lunchroom before the assassination
------------------this helped inspire draft 1 of the invented Baker/Truly lunchroom story!

b) Mrs Reid overstayed her time in the lunchroom and missed the motorcade!

c) Mrs Martha Reed informed both her and Mrs Hine what had happened outside!

d) Mrs Reid's boss Mr Truly persuaded her to corroborate the invented lunchroom encounter in a way that didn't (in the end) involve having her be in the lunchroom while the encounter happened!

e) In order to lend bogus texture to her story, Mrs Reid plagiarized Ms Pauline Sanders and whoever mentioned to her about having seen the three black employees (incl. Mr Jarman) up at the windows!

I find it weird that no one is even curious that Hackerott found proof that Mrs Robert Reid was outside with the other lady employees at 12:55...

This would highly weigh in favor of Groden's claim...

Mrs. REID. ... and then I looked up in the windows, and saw three colored boys up there, I only recognized one because I didn't know the rest of them so well.
Mr. BELIN. Which one did you know?
Mrs. REID. James Jarman.
Mr. BELIN. You recognized James Jarman?
Mrs. REID. Yes; because I had had some dealings with him in the business part and I knew him. I couldn't have told you the other two at all because I didn't know them.
Mr. BELIN. Do you remember that floor you saw them on?
Mrs. REID. Well, I wasn't exactly looking at the floor, I don't know, I would say a couple of floors up. I mean several anyway. I don't know exactly.
Mr. BELIN. You don't remember which floor it was.
Mrs. REID. I couldn't tell you because, you know, I didn't count the floors and I didn't count them, and I made the statement "Oh, I hope they don't think any of our boys have done this" and I had no thoughts of anything like that. I turned and went back in the building.

Hmmm....    :-\

Alan,

Do you think she should have counted the floors?

Mr Truly, Mr Campbell and Mrs Reid:

Three Depository people standing together out near the street when the Presidential parade passes.

Mr Truly, Mr Campbell and Mrs Reid:

The only three Depository people who talk about encountering Mr Oswald after the assassination
---------------in three different places and at three different times!

What are the odds, folks?  :D

Alan,

They were actually standing in the street -- Elm Street Extension, were it branches off from Elm Street proper.

Hackeroot said nothing of the kind. That’s your made-up BS.

I see some people are trying to hijack the thread around the very important evidence Hackerott produced...

We have enough evidence to show Mrs Robert Reid was outside with the other women employees, whose statements indicated they never went inside, at around 12:55pm...

12:55 is a little early for a person who was allegedly detained by the cops for questioning in the Depository...

Those other persons statements indicated they were released from that detainment at around 2pm...

So if Mrs Reid was with them then why is she outside at 12:55pm?...

No, you have no evidence whatsoever that this is “Mrs Robert Reid”.

She clearly has no idea how high up in the building they were. Sounds like a non-visual 'memory' to me!  Thumb1:

They weren't actually standing in Elm Street proper. But thanks for the pointless diversion!  Thumb1:
