A guy named Wood who signed the line above 'Oswald' was located and interviewed.
He apparently attended a seminar on atomic energy.

The night after July 27, 1963, Oswald was to make a speech against communism to Jesuits in Mobile, Alabama. Surely Oswald would have mentioned a trip to the museum on the long car journey from New Orleans to Mobile?
