Sorry........
I spent a lot of time tracking down the woman talking on the phone in the SW Publishing locked office described
by Geneva Hine.....

Born Ann Carol Lannom, after divorcing John Leroy Hughes, Carol married Norman D Patterson twice...

Her husband (John Leroy Hughes 1943-2010) at that time was nearly still a teen who recently fathered her baby....
The record indicates both John and his son, Steven were born on January 8, exactly 20 years apart.

Yes, thanks to Mr Scully we have a sworn document from Mrs Hughes....  And she said nothing about talking on the phone.....But Mrs Hines said she shook the door and called out to the girl whom she could hear talking on the phone.....

Was Mrs Hines referring to a different moment in time when she heard Carol Hughes talking on the phone?   Perhaps Mrs Hughes picked up the phone immediately to call her husband to tell him that someone had shot at JFK....
