Try the Mary Ferrell website. Also search the Jim Garrison investigation. Garrison believed Novel was a CIA operative (Novel did some work for Garrison) sent to disrupt his (Garrison's) investigation.

My own view - for what it's worth - is that very little of what Novel claimed was true.

Novel himself said that he was a CIA operative who worked with David Ferrie on a number of projects.

Please post a primary source supporting Novel's relationship with CIA. All such claims seem to originate from Novel.

Gordon Novel, an apparent confidant of no less than the CIA?s top Cold War spy, James Angleton, stating that he saw photos of Hoover and Tolson engaged in oral sex,?

Gordon Novel was employed by and suggested to Garrison by Truth or Consequences's leading fundraiser
and close associate of the Louisiana governor, Willard Robertson.

Garrison represented Gordon Novel in legal matters after 1973.
