Baker made it in time to meet LHO at the 2nd floor lunchroom.

Since Lee told Fritz that he was in the first floor lunchroom when JFK passed by the TSBD and JFK was shot just seconds later at 12:30....  And Baker encountered Lee in the second floor lunch room with a coke in hid hand at 12:31 : 30 then clearly it took Lee  about a minute to travel from the first floor lunchroom to the second floor lunchroom. Lee was probably entering the second floor lunchroom about the time Baker and Truly started their trek to the TSBD roof.

LHO said whatever he thought might help him appear to not be the shooter. He told Holmes he came down to the lunch room encounter with Baker.

Mr. BELIN. Did he say where he was at the time of the shooting?
Mr. HOLMES. He just said he was still up in the building when the commotion-- he kind of----

"Commotion" --- Thats what Marines call gunfire?

He was up in the building when the assassination took place. Not on the steps. Not in the first floor lunchroom. He was on the 6th floor.

The 2nd floor lunchroom is "up in the building"......

HOW ??   I ask HOW, did Lee know that Junior Jarman and Harold Norman had walked past the 1st floor at 12:26??

Lee heard Baker and Truly running through the building... And he had been accosted by officer Baker who had a revolver in his hand, THAT is what Lee was referring to as the "commotion".

LHO said whatever he thought might help him appear to not be the shooter.

Lee didn't even know that the news reporters were saying the shots had been fired from the TSBD..... He was arrested before he had an opportunity to hear any news reports, so he didn't know what the news was reporting.   So how could he "Say whatever he thought might help him appear not to be the shooter"  ??

Anyone who was trying to tell what they saw during the murder of JFK was going to be told that what they saw was not really what they saw because any scenario other than the Warren Report was not going to be entered as any facts what so ever . There is really no way that it's not going to be 3 shots with LHO being the only shooter that day . If history keeps repeating itself then this country is in for a long hard road . It's really sad .

Roger Craig saw a Mauser and people try to make excuses saying that he didn't with zero evidence to back up their claims.

"Zero evidence"?
There is actual film evidence of the rifle being removed from it's hiding place and it is not a Mauser.
This is considered "zero evidence".
What a joke.

A Joke??    But not at all funny.....  There are people with their heads in "the sand" who simply can't understand what their eyes tell them....That the rifle in Tom Alyea's film, is a Mannlicher Carcano.

Maybe, if they took their tinfoil hats off, they could see what's staring them in the face.
