Craziest Assembly of CTers in Dealey Plaza of all Time

In this case, the QAnon CTers, who for the most part, are probably JFK Assassination CTers as well, hence, the gathering at Dealey Plaza.

Was any member of forum able to attend this historical event in person yesterday?

Then there's the pro-Trump LNers who believe Ashli Babbitt was "murdered" in an "ambush" at the Capitol.  ::)

As 12:30 p.m. approached, the hundreds of people gathered at the Kennedy assassination site in Dealey Plaza began to chant “God bless America” and “JFK!” The chanting dwindled after the Kennedys failed to appear. An hour later, the crowd had dwindled to roughly a few dozen people standing in the rain. JFK and JFK Jr. we’re no shows.

Around 2/3’s of Americans believe Lee Oswald didn’t act alone.

Those Americans shouldn’t be confused with the hundred or so Q-Anon followers who believe JFK Jr is “Q”.

Nor should those Americans be confused with the unconfused.

For many years, and perhaps still, over half of all Americans have serious qualms about the Theory of Evolution. I don’t let what the majority believe dictate what I believe.

Do you have any evidence that LNers, more commonly than CTers, believe that Babbitt was ambushed? I am confident that a wide majority of LNers at this forum, perhaps all, believe the shooting of Babbitt was justified.

This LNer certainly believes that the shooting of Babbitt was fully justified. Indeed, I surprised the police was not doing a lot more shooting at the Capitol. It may be that they thought the crowd was too large, and likely armed, to a certain extent, to get in a fire fight with them.

Large numbers of Americans are prone to accepting Large-Secret-Enduring conspiracy theories. Just look at the tens of millions who accept the 2020-Stolen-Election-from-Trump claims.

I agree with Ted on this one. The government cannot solve all our problems. Nor is the government the source of all our problems. The people at Dealey Plaza have themselves to blamed for their acceptance of their crazy beliefs. This was not caused by the government. They did it to themselves.

Have you ever considered the possibility that the entire WC narrative is just a diversion to draw attention away from what really happened?

I am not going to seriously consider any Large-Secret-Enduring Conspiracy Theory. The CTers, or 99.9% of them seem to be pushing just such a theory.

Let’s see, the CIA, FBI, Mafia, Dallas Police, various doctors were involved. Faking or suppressing evidence, like:

* Various films of the assassination.
* Autopsy reports, photographs and X-Rays.
* Making and replacing bullet and bullet fragments.
* Intimidating or eliminating witnesses.
* Plus, all the evidence in the murder of Officer Tippit.
* And the ultimate goal of getting American involved in the Vietnam War, which was achieved.

This certainly sounds like a Large-Secret-Enduring Conspiracy if ever heard of one.

So, the first thing CTers need to accomplish, if they wish to convince a skeptic, if they wish to convince me, is to make a case that they are only suggesting a Small-Secret-Enduring Conspiracy. A small one might work. But a large one is wildly unlikely. It is too likely that someone who is asked to join will blow the whistle instead.

I have asked, in the last week, for CTers to make a case that they only support a small conspiracy. Only one, Dan O’meara has answered the call, specifying just four (I think it’s more like eight) conspirators. In either case, a small conspiracy that just might work. Although I think it would be more likely that one of the eight would say “This isn’t right. We would be traitors if we do this. Plus, if I alert the authorities, I will be a great hero”. But, still, a conspiracy of eight might just work.

But Dan O’meara theory is not supported by even one tenth of one percent of CTers. The whole appeal of the CT case is to make a compelling story. A story of powerful organizations, with lots of people participating, working in secret within an evil plan. Such a compelling story is not compatible with a small conspiracy of eight nobodies who all work for the TSBD.

Fine. Then let’s have someone other than Dan O’meara at this forum step forth and give a list of:

* All that the conspirators accomplished (planting CE-399, etc.)
* Number of people needed to do each task.

And, what would also be helpful, give an example of a CT book that does this.

The failure of the CT community to do this is a clear indication that the vast majority of CTers envision a large conspiracy, too large to just lay out. Absolute proof that this is so? No. But as big a certainty as one is going to find in this world.

You completely ignored me when I asked you why it would take more than one person with access to the evidence to insert CE399 into it.

That would be fine, if you can find me a CTer who thinks that all the conspirators accomplished was the assassination of JFK and the planting of CE-399. But they seem to have a huge list of tasks the conspirators accomplished to kill JFK and cover it up.

It's been nearly 60 years. This is the most investigated event in American history. Multiple government investigations, independent news investigations, reporters, historians....

Yet all we hear is "the Warren Commission, the Warren Commission..." They want to attack that and only that and dismiss all of this other work. If we mention, for example, Robert Caro finding - after 25 years of study! - no involvement by LBJ we just get a wave of the hand.

If we went back in time and said to the conspiracists, "Okay, over the next half century we'll have all of these investigations, government and media, millions of pages of documents released, historians and reporters looking into the matter, would you accept that judgment?", they would agree to it.

But here we are and it's still not enough.

This is why America is in trouble with a significant portion of people like this who support Republicans believing in this insanity. These are the same lunatics that stormed the Capitol on 1/6 and who also believe that COVID vaccines contain alien DNA and magnetic trackers. Same loons who all worship Trump and refuse to get vaccinated. They all waited for hours on the streets for JFK Jr. (who has been dead for over 20 years) thinking he was going to appear in front of them and unite with Trump. You can't make this stuff up. I wonder if these same people wake up on Christmas morning expecting to see Santa Claus bringing them a present.

If you were right, CTers on this forum would step up and say “Here is what I believe”. Her is my small list of what the conspirators did. Their failure (except for Dan O’meara) to do this is best explained if such lists, if explicitly laid out, would be too large to be credible.

What do you mean when you write "I think it's more like eight"?

“Eight” is my number, after looking at your claims.

You have four conspirators. You also have three who were not conspirators but, for some reason, just happened to tell lies that helped the conspiracy. You also did not include Oswald because he believe he was told to provide a rifle but did not realize there was a conspiracy. I think it is more reasonable to conclude that all eight were involved in this conspiracy that you postulate.

However, four, or eight, it doesn’t matter that much. Either way, this qualifies as a small conspiracy theory.

There are many levels of crazy when it comes to accepting a CT without real evidence. Flat Earth. The Moon landing hoax, JFK is still alive, JFK JR is alive. I assume some of them also accept the JFK assassination theory. But that is a reflection of how nutty people can be and NOT a measure of the validity of evidence in the JFK assassination. Associating the Q people with the JFK Ct is just a another cheap shot by the LN'ers, Nothing knew.
Although I do wish someone would have used a JFK Jr look alike to speed through the plaza yelling "I am here for you all but they will shoot me if I stay". It's not like I normally have a mean streak but it would be funny as hell.

Trump's Qanon quacks decided to come back believing today is the day that JFK Jr. would come out of the shadows and unite with Criminal Donald. Trump is nothing but a loser and a fraud but his cult built up this phony image of him and it was played up by the real fake news right wing media. These people live for conspiracy theories but are actually delusional to believe in them. How many times have these morons gathered at Dealey Plaza to go home without JFK Jr's. triumphant return? And they still keep coming back expecting to see him in the flesh. That's how deranged these Trump worshippers are.

Over 100 QAnon believers show up in Dallas waiting for JFK Jr -- who never arrives

Over 100 believers in the QAnon conspiracy theory gathered in Dealey Plaza in Dallas on Monday morning in anticipation of the late John F. Kennedy Jr. coming back from the dead and declaring former President Donald Trump to be America's true president.

As reported by the Daily Beast's Will Sommer, the QAnon supporters gathered on the bridge near the plaza in the hopes that JFK Jr. would finally reveal himself to be alive despite the fact that he died in 1999.

Much to their disappointment, however, the late son of former President John Kennedy never arrived, never proclaimed Trump the true president, and never revealed himself as Trump's new vice president.

WBAP assistant news director Eric Bushman posted some video footage of the QAnon faithful gathered in Dealey Plaza, which is the location where the late President Kennedy was shot in 1963.

Among other things, one supporter drove a red QAnon truck that featured messages painted on the side that included statements such as "Trump won 2020" and "WWG1WGA," which is the abbreviated QAnon slogan, "Where We Go One We Go All."

They worship a fraud named Trump and have made him into their "God" based on bogus made up conspiracies. They went home after standing there for several  hours and they will come back again when they invent a new date for the return of JFK Jr. Next Halloween they should sit in a pumpkin patch and wait for "The Great Pumpkin". And the fake news right wing media helps to promote this insanity.

There are undoubtedly many crazies in the world as exhibited by JFK assassination conspirators.  But the biggest conspiracy theory in the history of the world was the fake "Russian collusion" theory that suggested that the President of the United States was a Russian agent.  It doesn't get any more far out than that.

Russian collusion with the criminal Trump administration was already confirmed by our US Intelligence and documented in a Bipartisan Senate Intelligence Report but this Qanon cult is dangerous. These are the same lunatics who stormed the Capitol attempting to overthrow the US Government. Qanon is a dangerous cult and had been identified as a domestic terrorist group.

The QAnon JFK Cult in Dallas Is Tearing Families Apart
“My sister may be too far gone, but it's not too late to bring awareness to others. Do not fall into this trap.”

Katy Garner and her sister grew up in a small town in Arkansas and were always close.

“We both were cheerleaders in school, made pretty good grades, and loved to just hang out with friends and each other. No one has a perfect childhood, but we had each other. We knew that. And that's what made us so close. We even have matching tattoos to remind each other of that,” Garner told VICE News.

They both became nurses, and Garner’s sister married a doctor and had three children.

Then, around the time of the 2020 presidential election, Garner’s sister started looking at some of the conspiracy theories swirling online about how former President Donald Trump lost the vote. Ultimately she found QAnon

“It took her about three months to become totally obsessed,” Garner said. “That’s all she would talk about. You could call her and somehow the conversation would turn into how we live in a world with reptilians and how the Clintons are evil baby-eaters.”

Then she found Michael Brian Protzman, known to his followers as Negative48, who is the leader of a QAnon offshoot that’s been camped out in Dallas for the last three weeks awaiting the return of John F. Kennedy and John F. Kennedy Jr.

Garner’s sister left her family behind and drove to Dallas about a month ago and has cut off almost all communication with her family.

According to Garner, her sister has so far handed over about $200,000 to the group, and is being forced to drink a hydrogen peroxide solution and take “bio pellets” to ward off COVID-19 and stay healthy. Her phone calls and messages are also being monitored, according to Garner, who believes her sister will never return.

“She left her children for this and doesn't even care. She is missing birthdays and holidays for this. She truly believes this is all real and we are the crazy ones for trying to get her to come home. But she won’t,” Garner said. “I don't believe she will ever come back from this. We are in mourning.”

Garner’s sister was one of the hundreds of people who initially traveled to Dallas to see JFK reappear on Nov. 2. However, when that didn’t happen, the goalposts shifted, and Protzman convinced dozens of people that if they waited long enough, something else would happen.

Katy says her sister’s brief messages to her parents have gone from “be home in a few days” to “I am not coming home, my husband can take care of the kids. I am not leaving until this is over.”

While the group initially appeared to be waiting for the reappearance of JFK,  over the weekend, the tone of Protzman’s comments shifted dramatically. Besides proclaiming that he was God’s representative on earth, he also took part in a video chat where participants openly spoke about having to experience death in order to learn the truth.

“Ultimately... we have to experience that physical death... let go... come out on the other side,” one of the participants in the video call suggested.

Hours later, the administrator of Protzman’s Telegram channel posted a screenshot of a navigation app showing the destination as Waco, Texas, where in 1993 a monthslong law enforcement siege of the Mount Carmel compound belonging to the Branch Davidian religious sect ended with 76 people dead, including 25 children.

The QAnon offshoot cult that has been camped out in Dallas for three weeks has been widely mocked for claiming that John F. Kennedy and his son would suddenly reappear.

But as the weeks have passed, the group’s rhetoric has become increasingly extreme, and many cult and extremism experts are concerned about the direction the group has taken.

“The moment when the leaders of a cultic group start talking about the need for physical death to reach utopia is the moment to get the authorities involved,” Mike Rothschild, the author of The Storm Is Upon Us, a book about QAnon, tweeted.

Caroline Orr Bueno, a behavioral scientist who researches social media manipulation and far-right extremism, compared the shift in direction of the group’s rhetoric to the beliefs expressed by accused murderer Matthew Coleman earlier this year.

“These are basically the exact same spiritual/religious teachings that the guy in California was getting into just before he brutally murdered his two young children,” Orr tweeted.

Several extremist researchers who are closely tracking this group’s activities told VICE News that they’ve sent information to the FBI. The agency’s Dallas field office didn’t immediately respond to VICE News’ request for comment about whether they are investigating or monitoring the group.

A spokesperson for the Dallas Police Department told VICE News that “the department has limited contact with the group. At this time there is no significant reason this group should be a cause of concern.”

When contacted by VICE News on Sunday, Protzman did not deny the allegations about the threat his group posed to its members. But rather than responding directly to the specific questions sent to him, he lashed out at the media’s coverage of his group, mocked mask-wearing, and said the media were the “whores for the 1% globalist pimps.”

But for those whose family and friends are under Protzman’s spell, concerns about their safety are growing by the day.

“I'm very worried about her safety,” one friend of a person inside the group told VICE News, requesting anonymity to speak openly about the situation. “We don't know if she's given him any money, but her husband is about to cancel her cards. She's blowing through money fast.”

The woman said her friend’s husband was making the decision to cancel the credit cards because he’s “worried about how he's gonna pay his mortgage this month.“

In an audio chat among members of Protzman’s group on Telegram, one man spoke about cashing in his retirement savings in order to fund his stay in Dallas.

As well as soliciting funds from members of the group, Protzman and his core group of supporters continue to solicit donations from the hundreds of thousands of people who follow him online.

The financial impact on the group’s members is just one concern that’s been shared by members of a splinter group of former Protzman followers, who are now trying to help people to leave him.

In the Telegram channel the splinter group has set up, one woman spoke about her fiancé, who traveled to Dallas initially at the beginning of the month, returned home to Missouri, but returned to Dallas a week later, after Protzman made another prediction.

Now she’s worried that her fiancé may be lost to her for good.

"I keep asking him to come home, and he keeps saying something big is going to happen and he doesn’t want to miss it,” a member of the Dealey Plaza Truthers group wrote. “I have already thought that perhaps my fiancé might be penniless if he stays with this group. I just hope they wake up before losing everything.”

Protzman’s latest deadline for “something big” to happen is Monday, the 58th anniversary of the assassination of JFK in Dallas. But once that passes without anything happening, Protzman will likely propose another date to keep people from leaving. And while Katy Garner believes her sister cannot be saved, she wants other families to be alert to the warning signs that someone is falling down the same rabbit hole as her sister.

“[Protzman] must be stopped,” Garner said. “My sister may be too far gone, but it's not too late to bring awareness to others. Do not fall into this trap. Do not believe what these people say. They are all delusional and brainwashed. And if you notice a family member isolating themselves, speaking of nonsense, say something. Bring them back to reality. We didn't put two and two together. She hid this from us for a year. Don't let what happened to my family happen to yours. Pay attention and hold the ones you love tight.”
