Title: Dry bone Vs Living bone - The key to the SBT?
Post by: Gerry Down on September 17, 2020, 10:43:07 PM
All tests so far, which have disproved the SBT, are arguable useless as they have been done on dry bone rather than living bone.

To make a comparison, a dry bone is like a FMJ bullet while a living bone is like a rubber bullet. Which bullet would you be rather hit with a FMJ bullet or a rubber bullet?

Here is a link to a copy of Lattimer's 1994 report re tests re Connally's lapel bulge flap flip at Z224.

Lattimer's tests show that his Carcano slug (which pulverized rib)(& broke a radius bone) had the same amount of damage as the SBT slug.
However Lattimer did not tell us whether the rib was old & dry (it was not old & dry) & whether the radius bone was old & dry (i reckon that it was not old & dry).
