Title: Why Did (The One-And-Only) Oswald Kill JFK?
Post by: Thomas Graves on July 11, 2020, 10:04:22 AM
1) Because he was more truly Marxist than Nikita Khrushchev, himself, and wanted to Advance The Dialectic?  (My peronal favorite)

2)  Because the Soviets told him to do it?

3)  Because he was part of a "homosexual thrill kill" conspiracy (which is what Jim Garrison believed, until he was influenced by a KGB disinfo article published in an Italian newspaper, that is)?

4) Because he was really, really pissed off at Marina?

5) Because he was trying to kill John Connally, but he was a really, really bad shot?

6)  Because he was a really, really, really evil, evil, evil CIA agent?

6)  [fill in the blank]

Dan,

You mean Oswald was part of a hush-hush "mock" assassination attempt, and, having been given way too much LSD at Atsugi, made the mistake of putting four LIVE rounds in his carbine?

You mean Oswald was trying to hit used car salesman James Tague (who had scared the living daylights out of him by driving way-the-heck too fast on the test drive), instead?

You mean "really, really bad shot" Oswald was trying to kill JFK, and missed so badly that he actually hit him twice?

It did ruin her life.

Maybe he did it to prove he was a man, albeit physically a small one.
