Title: Are These Two Guys Walking Down "Elm Street Extension" or Crossing It?

I'm talking about the two guys who appear to be pretty close together and who appear to be walking or running from right to left in the very first GIF on this Education Forum page. (Note, as a reference point, the darkly-dressed woman who is running, from left-to-right, out of the frame in the background.)

  Does anyone see a Dark Figure near the Back of the TSBD moving Away from the building in the direction of the railroad yard?

If I could change my vote (which I believe is impossible), I would now say, "The man in "black" is a policeman, and the man in "white" is probably Billy Lovelady as he's starting to run down the Elm Street Extension sidewalk towards the railway yard / parking lot, with barely-visible Bill Shelley following behind him."

I reset the vote total to zero and then changed my vote from "crossing  over" to "walking/running down the sidewalk toward the railway yard" (it was the only way I could do it).

Whoever the other voter was, they'll have to vote again.
