Title: Unreleased Images Of LHO Dying On Operating Table

Has anyone seen these images? Robert Groden says he has them, and even showed them to a conference which is available on Youtube (but he had the camera turn away while he showed them to the conference, therefore you cant see them on the video). The video is titled "COPA 2008 Robert Groden" and you can hear him talk about the pictures at 39 minutes in and 30 seconds.

Yes, Groden published them in Absolute Proof.
