Why, if you are trying to determine if a shooter could see JFK from the storm drain, would you send Gary Mack out there at Night and dressed inna Dark shirt? It's needlessly stacked decks like this that give half baked theories their legs. This theory is bad and the presentation even worse.

No way could a shooter hit K from THAT storm drain. Car was too straight for back shot then K was leaning too far to left to be visible for head shot.
