Title: Why was LBJs copy of the Warren Report bigger than everyone elses?

Either the report was bigger than everyone elses, or Earl Warren and LBJ had very small hands.

This reminds me of CNN's hard hitting expose on the first Trump administration. The staff was holding an office party and Trump apparently got two scoops of ice cream when everyone else only got one. I'm not making this up.
