James DiEugenio's Factoids about Howard Brennan
In this four-part series about the recent ABC documentary, James DiEugenio wrote a section about Howard Brennan. It's a good exercise in how conspiracy factoids crowd out actual analysis.

Mr. BRENNAN. I remembered them at that time as being similar to the same color
of the shirt or a little lighter. And that was another thing that I called their attention to at the lineup.

Mr. BRENNAN. That he was not dressed in the same clothes that I saw the man in the window.
Mr. BELIN. You mean with reference to the trousers or the shirt?
Mr. BRENNAN. Well, not particularly either. In other words, he just didn't have the same clothes on.
Mr. BELIN. All right.
Mr. BRENNAN. I don't know whether you have that in the record or not. I am sure you do.

Mr. DULLES. Any further questions?
I guess there are no more questions, Mr. Belin.

Perhaps Oswald had removed his shirt when he took his shots. And then used his shirt to wipe down his rifle.

There was another witness to a shooter in the TSBD6 sniper window, Amos Euins.
There were three loud shots heard deep within the TSBD, on 11/22.
LHO was invisible during the JFKA, unless we accept Brennan's testimony. No one inside the TSBD, or co-workers anywhere, saw LHO when shots rang out.
Brennan is a little squishy, even with your clarifications.
That said, the best suspect as the TSBD6 shooter remains LHO.
Still, Gov. JBC appears shot at ~Z-295 and JFJ at Z-313.
I suspect a second shooter, from behind.
Could be Alpha 66, G2, or KGB assets.

That is correct, Euins even waffled on the race of the shooter, let alone an actual ID.
Robert Jackson, photographer, also saw a sniper-rifle in TSBD6.
My point is someone fired a rifle in the direction of the JFK limo 11/22, from the TSBD6 sniper window. LHO was seen by no one anywhere in the TSBD or on the street during when shots were fired. He was invisible. Except possibly to Brennan.
LHO's rifle was found nearby. It is good guess LHO was involved in the JFKA, and he is my best guess as the TSBD6 sniper. My take is LHO was not acting alone, due to strikes on JFK and JBC in too-rapid a sequence.
Litwin's point is that Brennan is an acceptable witness. I agree, but only to the extent that Brennan saw someone in the TSBD6 window.
Side note: It is remarkable the number of JFKA witnesses, like Brennan, who expressed fear of coming forward. There was a witness to a man running from the TSBD carrying a Winchester, in the immediate aftermath of the JFKA. That became the basis of the "Sawyer memo," and the radio description of LHO that went out over DPD radio, of the 5'10" 165 lb suspect. But that witness disappeared.
Was Sawyer, a DPD Inspector (senior officer) just a nut? Did a witness actually tell him that?
I don't know.

Brennan was not an acceptable witness and what I posted is more than adequate proof of that
He had no actual fear of coming forward, and gave pertinent personal information on TV at the scene.

I suggest watching G. Robert Blakey's debate with Howard Willens. It's on YouTube. When the subject of Howard Brennan comes up, Blakey explained why the HSCA rejected Brennan's testimony. Blakey noted that he didn't think Brennan could have seen what he claimed to have seen from where he was standing.
I also suggest reading Professor Gerald McKnight's observations about Howard Brennan in his book Breach of Trust (pp. 108-109, 194). Brennan's testimony would have been shredded in a trial by a competent defense attorney.

Blakey noted that he didn't think Brennan could have seen what he claimed to have seen from where he was standing.

2nd shooter? How about a 2nd shooter firing from the Bushes/Shrubs/Garden that runs along the Elm St Ext? Only feet from the TSBD. Only feet from the Huge Gates. Only feet from the "getaway" car.

Do you have a link to the Brennan 11/22 TV interview on Youtube or elsewhere?
Even so, Brennan may have become fearful later. Other witnesses claimed to become fearful also.
In any event, Euins and Jackson confirm the same thing. There was a shooter in the TSBD6 window.
This raises the question: How did that shooter leave without anyone seeing them? Likely, they just ran down the stairs ahead of anyone else, since they had planned out the escape route, and other TSBD'ers were still digesting what happened.

My layman's guess is the second shooter was in the Dal-Tex building or the TSBD6. But who knows. There is a strange event in the TSBD4 floor, that I will post about later.
The wounds to JFK and JBC suggest the shooter (s) was/were above and behind.
I suspect there was a diversion at the GK smoke-and-bang show.
The fact remains no one was apprehended 11/22 except LHO, and he was dead two days later.
So LHO's confederates could be anybody. KGB, G2, CIA, Alpha 66, Cuban exiles, Mafia.
The feds did not want LHO's links, domestic or foreign, to be tracked.
But...mostly foreign. WWIII.
I think the JFKA research community may be stretching matters in trying to exonerate LHO. The guy took a potshot at Gen. Walker. Human nature is not always explicable.

How many evil, evil Deep State bad guys do you figure were involved, altogether, in the planning, the "patsy-ing," the planting of false evidence, the shooting, the getting-away, and the all-important (and evidently ongoing!!!) cover up?
