The fact that "Dressed-All-In-White Gal" (Karan Hicks or Carol Reed) has turned her head to her right in Z-133 to say something to her colleagues ("Red Headscarf Gal / Running Gal" and big/tall Gloria Calvery) as the limo is almost upon them suggests that she's reacting to Oswald's first (missing-everything) shot, which Brian Roselle and Kenneth Scearce have shown occurred half-a-second earlier at "Z-124".
