[Former Watergate attorney] Douglas Caddy, in his 2018 memoir Being There: Eye Witness To History, does indeed claim that E. Howard Hunt told him that President John F. Kennedy was assassinated because he was about to disclose 'the Alien Presence' to the Soviet Union. My previous answer incorrectly dismissed this claim as an unsubstantiated online rumor rather than acknowledging it as something Caddy himself wrote in his book."
