Dr. Edwin Weinstein's Letter to the Army about Richard Case Nagell 

Dr. Weinstein wrote to the Army Board for the Correction of Military Records about Nagell's brain injury in 1954. I also present Nagell's fourth petition to the court get get full retirement disability. You can see what HE claimed about his brain injury. In the end, he won his lawsuit against the government.
