This one photo is the most damning of any and every LN theory...
This cop (or paid assassin dressed up like a cop) sitting on the bridge and partially hidden behind the bridge supports, is in the perfect place to kill the president... who was sitting in a car moving directly toward this cop (the very best position as any hunter or sniper would attest) - a car that was slowed to a snail's pace by a secret service agent who was rubber-necking, looking back at the president until the fatal shot was fired...

There were 2 DPD Cops positioned on top of the Triple Underpass. 1 was looking East, the other was looking West. It would be difficult to fire a weapon from atop the Triple Underpass with the 2 cops standing there. Now, a person standing on top of the Triple Underpass with a walkie-talkie and quarterbacking the operation could happen. That is possible. But a shooter up there, firing away, extremely doubtful with those 2 cops up there.

Once it's decided that Oswald was a patsy and there actually was a conspiracy, then it must be decided how wide a conspiracy.
So, yes... the two cops on the Triple Underpass could very well have been in on it, possibly functioning as look outs for the "sniper-cop" seen in the photo...
SS agent Bill Greer and several more Secret Service agents, and Dallas law enforcement were most likely players.
And then you have LBJ... the Warren Commission... and cover-up team...
-
So how many active participants in the actual murder? 20-25? And then there's others involved in the Cover-up? They would be needed to handle Image alteration, autopsy flim-flamming, witness intimidation, etc. How many guys grand total are involved in this?
-
My opinion is that those who wanted to get rid of Kennedy, knew that they would have only one good chance to do this, so they planned it out far in advance with this in mind and involved as many as they thought would be needed...
FBI, CIA, LBJ, Dallas law enforcement, Arlen Specter, Mafia...
-
Exactly.

That is Officer Foster, seen throo the gap in the barrier.
Fpster had a short conversation with the patrolman standing on the barrier.
Officer White who was stationed on the west side of the triple underpass has by the time of that pix walked over to guard the rear of the TSBD.
Officer White had a short conversation with Adams & Styles who had exited the TSBD, & told them to go back.

Here's part of what Foster said to Counsel Ball with the Warren Commission:
Mr. BALL - What did you see was happening?
Mr. FOSTER - Saw the president slump over in the car, and his head looked just like it blew up.
Mr. BALL - You saw that did you?
Mr. FOSTER - Yes, sir.
Mr. BALL - And what did you do then?
Mr. FOSTER - Well, at that time I broke and ran around to my right - to the left - around to the bookstore.
Mr. BALL - Now, did you have any opinion at that time as to the source of the sounds, the direction of the sounds?
Mr. FOSTER - Yes, sir.
Mr. BALL - What?
Mr. FOSTER - It came from back in toward the corner of Elm and Houston Streets.
Mr. BALL - That was you impression at that time?
Mr. FOSTER - Yes, sir.
Mr. BALL - Was any shot fired from the overpass?
Mr. FOSTER - No, sir.
Mr. BALL - Did you see anyone with a weapon there?
Mr. FOSTER - No, sir.
Mr. BALL - Or did you here any sound that appeared to come from the overpass?
Mr. FOSTER - No, sir.
Mr. BALL - Where did you go from there?
Mr. FOSTER - Went on around the back side of the bookstore.
Mr. BALL - Immediately?
Mr. FOSTER - Yes, sir.
Mr. BALL - Did you see anybody coming out that side of the bookstore?
Mr. FOSTER - No, Sir.
Mr. BALL - Back side? What do you mean by that?
Mr. FOSTER - Well I guess you would say the northwest side of it.
Mr. BALL - Were there any people in the railroad yards around the bookstore at that time?
Mr. FOSTER - Yes, sir. There was a pretty good crowd beginning to gather back in that area.
Mr. BALL - At that time?
Mr. FOSTER - Yes, sir.
Mr. BALL - Had you seen anybody over at the railroad yard north and west of the bookstore before you heard the shots fired?
Mr. FOSTER - No; other than people that had come up there and I sent them back down the roadway.
Mr. BALL - I see. People had attempted to get on the overpass there?
Mr. FOSTER - Yes, sir.
Mr. BALL - And you had sent them away?
Mr. FOSTER - yes, sir.
Think of the time it took this crowd to assemble at the bridge in this pic...

AND then, read Foster's testimony where he says that right after he saw the president slump over in the car, "I broke and ran around to my right - to the left - around to the bookstore."
NO... you didn't "break and run" anywhere... you sat on your rear end behind the bridge...

Yes, plus everything that i said/wrote in my posting.
Yes, Foster took some minutes before he took off.
Officer White did not take some minutes.
-
Foster likely committed perjury.
It would be interesting to check his background. He was in the army at some point... I wonder if he was a trained marksman... become assassin...
-
YES!...
It does seem that Officer JW Foster lied to the Warren Commission!
Why did he do this?
I think he's guilty of pulling the last trigger...
Why did the crowd gather at the bridge?
Because that is likely from where those close to the scene heard the fatal shot...
Didn't some also testify to seeing smoke from this area?
-
Come on fellows... What has been documented about Foster committing perjury before the Warren Commission?
Mr. BALL - What did you see was happening?
Mr. FOSTER - Saw the president slump over in the car, and his head looked just like it blew up.
Mr. BALL - You saw that did you?
Mr. FOSTER - Yes, sir.
Mr. BALL - And what did you do then?
Mr. FOSTER - Well, at that time I broke and ran around to my right - to the left - around to the bookstore.........
Mr. BALL - Where did you go from there? [from his post on the overpass]
Mr. FOSTER - Went on around the back side of the bookstore.
Mr. BALL - Immediately?
Mr. FOSTER - Yes, sir.
"IMMEDIATELY????"
"YES, SIR."
Any comments on what appears to be perjury??
I think we might have here, a liar and an assassin......

How do you know that is Officer Foster we are seeing through the gap in the barrier? There were 2 DPD cops positioned atop the Triple Underpass that day. How are you able to ID that DPD Cop as being Foster?
If you're basing that Foster ID on the timeline of Adams & Styles, their timeline was called into question by the WC Testimony of Billy Lovelady. It took DPD Motorcycle Officer Haygood roughly 2 minutes to climb atop The Triple Underpass, yet you are already placing DPD Officer White at the rear of the TSBD? Really? This also begs the question of WHO Specifically ordered White to leave his post atop the Triple Underpass and then instead guard the rear of the TSBD LESS than 2 minutes following the Kill Shot?

Correct... actually, this could be someone other than Foster or White... A lot of questions about 100% identity...
BUT no question at all that the crowd at the scene gathered at this location, likely thinking the fatal shot was fired from this general direction... and we have a photo of someone in a police uniform sitting at the very best location for shooting the president, between the bridge supports...
If it is Foster, he absolutely lied in his testimony... If it isn't, we still have a very, very likely assassin sitting on the overpass.... IMO

I had a look at about 4 other photos of Foster taken within the hour.
All showed the badge on top of his shoulder, the badge near top of his shoulder, the badge on his chest, & bullets in his belt.
Praps Officer White had the same.
Another thing, Holland said that he & Foster sped off to the carpark/fence..... but Foster duznt seem to mention Holland, or did he?
Foster told Officer ? ? ? that he saw movement in the rail yard.... but Foster duznt seem to mention that here?
I cant remember why Officer White sped off to the NW corner of the TSBD..... did White have a radio?
-
Can you share the photos?
-
Does anyone have access to photos of Officer Foster at the scene on the 22nd?
Does anyone have good evidence to identify this person in a police uniform sitting on the bridge/overpass?

This seems to me an almost perfect example of what I call Conspiracy Logic (as opposed to actual Logic). Patrolmen Foster and White - that's Foster in your photo - both testified they were assigned to the overpass to make sure no unauthorized personnel entered the area. To not have placed anyone there would have been grossly negligent on the part of the DPD (and prime fodder for conspiracy theorists, no?). Foster testified that ten or eleven railroad workers were working on the tracks when he arrived and were allowed to remain. At the time of the shots, they were in front of him at the banister. None of them suggested that Foster had done anything out of the ordinary, let alone fired a shot at JFK. No one suggested that anyone fired a shot from the banister.
In response to an offhand question, Foster testified he went "immediately" to the back of the TSBD. Since this was a 100-yard trek through a frenzied crowd, by immediately he obviously meant "directly" and not "instantanously."
By Conspiracy Logic, however, Foster is an assassin who perjured himself in his WC testimony, and a perfectly explainable photo is "the most damning" to any LN theory. What??? Surely you jest. This is why serious conspiracy theorists wish this sort of stuff would just go away and stop embarrassing them.

We all have our take on things... and there does seem to be LN Illogic with quite a few folks... and it goes something like this...
SS agent Greer slows the presidential limo to a near-stop as some bystanders testify, and is seen in Zapruder rubbernecking to view the president, until the fatal shot is fired... BUT that is not significant, so there is no need to investigate further
After the fatal shot, a crowd gathers at the end of the bridge, to look around, investigating, no doubt, where they likely heard the fatal shot fired... BUT that is not significant, so there is no need to investigate further
Behold! A man sitting behind the bridge in a police uniform in the very best location for a sniper/assassin to be mostly hidden, and to shoot a moving target... BUT that is not significant, so there is no need to investigate further
Officer JW Foster, said to be the man sitting behind the bridge (who has a military background and familiarity with rifles), says he "broke and ran" and left his position "immediately," but then waits for a crowd to gather raising serious questions about his use of the term "immediately" and the possibility of perjury... BUT that is not significant, so there is no need to investigate further
LN Illogic... stupefying!
