One conspiracy we all wish were true is that JFK survived the Dealey Plaza shooting and was kept alive in a vegetative state on the roof of Parkland hospital. Considering the advances in medical treatment, could JFK now be revived from such a coma for a run in 2024? Without a doubt, it would be the greatest comeback ever in American politics.

The first thing a revived JFK would say would be 'Fools, I told you that all it would take to get at me would be a nut with a high powered rifle in a tall building!'
