DETECTIVE PAUL BENTLEY:
"On my right is Officer C.L. Walker [sic], who also assisted me as we took Oswald up from the floor, handcuffed, to take him outside... When we got Oswald out of the theater, this was just before we got him in the car to place him in the car to take him to city hall. He (Oswald) was saying "Oh, those handcuffs are too tight". I turned to Walker and said "Walker, would you mind checking the handcuffs". The reason I'm smiling is he came back and said "Paul, I've just tightened them".

Interesting, I had assumed that that was a grimace due to the pain from Bentley’s injured ankle….

Imagine crying over "police brutality" when the DPD had every right to shoot Oswald in the TT when he pulled his gun and tried to kill more officers. Amazing. All the more so since these contrarians contend there was a plot involving the DPD to silence Oswald. I guess the plan was to pass on a perfect opportunity, justified under the law, to shoot him in the TT and instead parade him in front of the world press before recruiting Ruby to kill him on national TV. HA HA HA. What a plan!

Except there's no evidence whatsoever that he "pulled his gun and tried to kill more officers", Strawman "Smith".

Says the guy who quotes a cop making a joke out of police misconduct.

Actually, read the opening post again. Bentley told the other cop to check the handcuffs. Bentley meant they were too tight but the cop mistook him and thought he was saying to tighten them even more.
Just one example of how people can mistake what other people say.

Indeed. You have provided a good example of somebody mistaking what both men said.
Btw where does it say that Walker mistook Bentley? And why was Bentley smiling when he retold the story?
