Title: How do I upload a photo (from my desktop) to my post?
Post by: Anthony Frank on June 02, 2021, 01:12:13 AM
When I click the "Insert Image" icon, it just gives me (img)(/img). It does not give me the option of "uploading" a photo.

How do I upload a photo (from my desktop) to my post?

You can't upload photos here. You'll have to upload the photo to a host server which will "save" or "host" that file. Then you link it from there, from that server.

Google photos is free: https://photos.google.com/ or you can try this one: https://postimages.org/
There are a few others. Most limit the size and number.

So upload the photo to a host server and then, usually, you just right click that image and select save image link. Then enter that link between the [image] insert link [/image] options.
