From memory Phil Willis said that he was at "Eastman Kodak" getting his slides developed, at the same time Zapruder was there getting the Zapruder film developed.

Just for information, in Phil Willis Slide #15 - (Willis 9) - the lady in the headscarf on the left of picture is, I believe, Zapruder's receptionist Marilyn Sitzman.

Yes that is Sitzman, we see her in some of the B&W photos standing in the same position.

In the B&W photo, she is the right-most person in that slide, and Mrs. Hester is (I believe) the woman in the dark glasses and dark clothes who is standing/walking behind her.
