The full HSCA interview of Wesley Frazier. You can follow the interview with this summary I made. The quality of the first 3 hours or so is poor. It improves greatly in the last hour. The cassettes at the National Archives are in a pitiful state. http://jfkassassinationfiles.com/Frazier-HSCA.pdf

Thanks for your efforts. That's very handy. Any chance you'll want to tackle Lovelady's interview?

The Lovelady interview: I don’t have a good hearing and English is a second language for me. These two combined are very limiting to me.

First Sound.
1963: Thought it was motorcycle backfire.
1978: Knew it was something else because it was different from the backfire he'd heard moments before.
Direction of sounds.
1963: From the west.
1978: From above.
Honk Honk.

Thanks for that work.
Frazier's Feb 1969 Clay Shaw trial testimony includes:
Q: Mr. Frazier, did you make any determination at that time from the noises that you have just reported as to what location they came from?
A: They appeared to me to come from down towards the triple underpass.
Q: Would you leave the witness stand once more and show me the area where the noise sounded to you like it came from?
A: Here is your triple underpass right here.
THE COURT: Would you repeat your answer?
THE WITNESS: I said it sounded like it came from down in the area of the triple underpass.
