Even though David Von Pein and I strongly disagree on the Report...He has done a monumental work in compiling a vast amount of historical assassination information. In this chronicle it seems that even before the commission was appointed...their final report was already decided by J Edgar Hoover.

There was no way in that climate that they were going to conclude it was a lone assassin. Especially as that lone assassin was a Castro supporter who lived in Russia.

As it happens they came to the correct conclusion, albeit with errors along the way.
