"i made it clear i was not posting about it quite a way back in this thread " fergus obrien

"Just another reason that no one should take your claims about it seriously then…" Charles

riddle me this Charles IF I NEVER posted about it HOW can i have made claims about it ? .

Oh, but you did. You mention the event as a hypocrisy but do not explain it, instead post a bunch of meaningless crap about Myers and LNers.  Both animations end with the exact same outcome. A bullet striking JBC in the back except Knotts Lab claims to have proven SBT is false while Myers claims it proves it. The hypocrisy is all yours when you go on a strange rant and rave about Myers but accept Knotts Lab. Not directly mentioning Knotts Lab does not make you non-committal, what it makes you is a – better not, you are kind of delicate and hypersensitive.

lol you are funny , idiotic but funny . but it is a serious topic and people like you help to lighten it up for us , so thank you .

It is good to know you are able to see the ridiculousness of your actions.

A serious problem with this case is the staggering incompetence of the good ol' boy investigation.
Not a single piece of evidence, other than the rifle, was photographed in it's original position - not the Sniper's Perch (a staged photo was put in evidence), not the hulls (picked up by Fritz before being photographed), not the rifle bag ( a drawing of where it was positioned was put in evidence!!) and not Bonnie Ray Williams' lunch remains (discovered by at least SEVEN first responders on top of the boxes that formed the SN).
That there was no tape recording or stenographer present during Oswald's interrogation regarding the assassination of the President of the United States is simply mind-blowing.
All of this is fuel for the Conspiracy Theorist, the trick is trying to discern what is incompetence, what is corruption and what is conspiracy.
It doesn't help that Nutters believe law enforcement can never do anything wrong and everything was done honestly and competently. It reveals them for the frauds they really are.

"All of this is fuel for the Conspiracy Theorist "

the above assertion infers that ANYONE who does not accept the official version of events is A  by default a conspiracy theorist ,  B by LN definition then a kook or a nut , C who simply only look for and ONLY seek anything no matter how outlandish that would appear to support a conspiracy narrative . the above is not only completely unfair ,irrational but false .

"the trick is trying to discern what is incompetence, what is corruption and what is conspiracy"

well yes that i guess is not unreasonable logic .there was incompetence , there was corruption , and at the least a conspiracy of both silence and to conceal truth after the fact . as an example i do not think that Fritz intention in picking up the shells was intended by him to interfere with the crime scene (some may disagree ) but none the less he did just that , and then was untruthful about it . two LN witnesses alyea and mooney say him do this . so LN can not reasonably dispute this without them selves looking dishonest .there is no doubt , fritz did it , he was seen doing it , there is testimony and a statement from alyea that they saw him do it . this was done PRIOR to the shells being photographed , and so that in turn means undeniably that we simply cannot rely upon the positions of the shells in the photos taken after the above events . of course they may have been re positioned roughly as the DPD thought they had originally laid , but we simply do not know this .

on another note i do feel that the man seen hanging out of the snipers nest window seen by Rowland can only have been Williams . we know he was up there on the 6th floor , we know he was eating lunch , and we know his lunch sack was found in close proximity to the snipers nest on a box . officially he is the only one on the 6th floor at that time , all be it the FBI , commission and LN have in the past sought to dishonestly get him off the 6th floor long before 12.15 . so logically if Williams was the only person on the 6th floor at 12.15 (excluding any thoughts of Oswald at this time ) as Williams was a man of color and Oswald was not , and if we accept that Rowland did see a man in the window . well then who else but williams could have been that man ?. to my knowledge he never admitted being inside the snipers nest , and to my knowledge he was never asked if he was , but people can feel free to correct me if i am wrong . i of course understand why LN are reluctant to have Williams inside the snipers nest at 12.15 , because if he was he simply could not have missed Oswald sat in there with a rifle . assuming Oswald was in there of course . that would raise serious questions , uncomfortable questions .

The nearest transfer point in Oak Cliff on the Marsalis line (which is the line that the transfer was good for) was at Jefferson Blvd., roughly three blocks away from the site of the Tippit shooting scene.  Oswald, if he were walking east on Tenth, was heading in that exact direction.

If you familiarize yourself with a street map of the area, you'd know that going all the way down Crawford to Jefferson and then "simply" walking east on Jefferson to the bus stop would include serious backtracking along Jefferson, since Jefferson bends drastically back north.

Perhaps you should familiarize yourself with a map of the area before telling Richard Smith that he looks stupid?

Markham saw Tippit's killer walking east and crossing Patton Ave. This means that he would have turned left onto 10th street from Crawford street, which makes no sense if he was walking to the Marsalis bus stop as it would be a long way around. A far better and shorter route would have been East Davis street and turn left on either South Patton ave or North Denver street.

But there isn't a shred of evidence that Oswald was walking to a Marsalis line bus stop on Jefferson. It's pure speculation on your part and Richard Smith never mentioned the Marsalis line bus stop at all.

So, just like Richard Smith, you've got nothing conclusive.

Perhaps you should familiarize yourself with a map of the area before telling Richard Smith that he looks stupid?

Perhaps you should be a bit less condescending and not misrepresent my actual response to Richard Smith in a vain attempt to score a pathetic point.

If he had any plan - and there wasn't a good one under the circumstances - it would have been to get out of Dallas likely heading to Mexico.

Really? And that's why he ended up walking east on a go nowhere suburban street where there are no bus stops whatsoever? Do you not understand just how stupid this makes you look?

If, as Richard said, Oswald wanted to get out of Dallas quickly, then it doesn't make a bit of sense for him to end up on a go nowhere suburban street with no bus stops at all.

That was the point I made. But I'm not surprised you tried to twist it into something else.

I am supporting RFK Jr. for President because he meets my requirements for a presidential candidate and because I believe he is the only candidate in the race who can start to heal the bitter partisan divide that is threatening our nation. Although he holds many liberal views that I disagree with, he also holds a surprising number of conservative views, including securing the border, religious freedom, voter ID laws, keeping biological males out of women's sports, banning transgender surgery and puberty blockers for minors, standing by Israel, and gun rights.

I've written two articles to more fully explain why I'm supporting Bobby Kennedy and to answer the main attacks on him:

JFK Assassination Discussion & Debate / Re: When Was JBC Hit?
« Last post by Charles Collins on Today at 03:07:16 AM »
The question is whether he would recognize the shots a NOT automatic fire. I hope you are not suggesting it was an automatic rifle firing those shots.

Anyone with the experiences that JBC had in WWII could easily distinguish the differences. JBC said he never heard the shot that hit him. Apparently he just assumed that it was a separate shot. The fact that he described that only a very very short time span elapsed between when he heard the first shot (that he recalled hearing) and when he felt the “fist” hit his back is what brought the thought of automatic gunfire to his mind. This suggests to me that it was the same shot with a delayed reaction to the pain (similar to what you claim about a supposedly separate shot hitting his leg and him not feeling it for several seconds).

JBC’s experience with rifles was as a hunter. I suggest that 3 shots in 6.5 or 6.6 seconds rarely occurs when hunting with a bolt action rifle.

Apparently you haven’t read chapter 5: Anchors Aweigh in Connally’s book “In History’s Shadow.” I invite you to do so if you really want to know what Connally experienced during WWII. And if you do, I think you will probably not (after you have read that chapter and learned more about JBC’s experiences) suggest that JBC wouldn’t recognize automatic gunfire.

A first shot at z193 and a second shot at z271 is 78 frames or 4.26 seconds. But it is not just Connolly who puts the first two shots that far apart. Dozens of witnesses said there was a longer pause between the first two with the last two in rapid succession. Some said the ratio was about 2 to 1.

We don’t expect people to be clocks, especially when they are preoccupied with what is happening to them.

It is not surprising that he would think it was automatic fire. JBC’s experience with rifles was as a hunter. I suggest that 3 shots in 6.5 or 6.6 seconds rarely occurs when hunting with a bolt action rifle.

News - Off Topic - Weird & Wacky / Edward VIII
« Last post by Jerry Organ on Today at 01:07:59 AM »
There's a documentary about Edward VIII called "Britain's Traitor King" making the rounds in North America. I watched it a few days ago on CBC, and it's scheduled for this Sunday on PBS.

It's based on a book by sensationalist author Andrew Lownie, the new Anthony Summers. I'm not saying the former King didn't have some blind admiration (along the lines of Joseph Kennedy and America First) for the prewar Nazi system, but Lownie makes mountains out of molehills. For example, Edward hoped that the bombing of England would lead to ceasefire talks, which Lownie takes to mean Edward relished England being bombed.

It's like someone saying he hoped the assassination of Kennedy would lead to better protection for the Office, and the likes of Lownie spinning that to say the person wanted Kennedy assassinated.

Lownie begrudges the King's lavished lifestyle, but how else was he expected to live and be treated by friends in his circle? The show leaves the impression that Edward never went back to England or had contact with his family. He not only went back to England but he had visits with the Queen. I read that when Edward was Governor of Barbados, he was shocked at the proverty, and helped to improve conditons.

JFK Assassination Discussion & Debate / Re: Dr. Cyril Wecht has died

Really? If you look closely at that "blue arrow", the "blue arrow" travels directly Through an SS Agent(s) that would be standing on the (R) running board of the Queen Mary. This is something the shot experts never include in their re-creations. The Queen Mary was closely following behind the JFK Limo with (2) large SS Agents on both of the Queen Mary running boards. Those 2 Agents on the (R) running board would have made both shots that struck JFK extremely difficult if fired from the 6th floor sniper's nest.

You can't be this thick. The origin of the blue line is the SN window. It's an SBT trajectory. The bullet went well above the Queen Mary.

I get better control of lines when I start them inside the image area. Next time I'll run the line so it goes off the image edge. ::)
