 That's not a "figure", Jake. It's junk.  You cannot be seriously thinking that you are going to blow up this grainy, poor quality, multi-generation Polaroid photograph and find human face behind the wall, are you?  Besides, even if it was a person, there was a black woman seated right behind the wall on a park bench.  Marilyn Sitzman told this to Josiah Thompson in 1966.

Again, this is from a quality HD image... and from a broader perspective....

I think most people would recognize this as someone's head, perhaps with a hat, peeping over the wall...
