Actually, the route to the Dallas Trade Mart did and still does require that one must use Elm St to access the ramp to Stemmons Freeway.
I wonder what would have happened if it had just rained and rained hard that day :-\

Last fall's JFK Files release included one where the mayor, Earle Cabell signed a secrecy agreement with CIA in the 1950's. I should have saved it and didn't memorize the number.
