The entire 1963 NSA intercepts for USA-55 (Kirknewton) is missing

The box says it contains 1963 files but all the files are gone.

One of the NSA guys who worked at the station said he intercepted communications about the JFK assassination, but the whole 1963 records are gone.  1962 and 1964 are there, just not 1963.
