Ton engineer all the corruption of evidence the CT cult allege, we are talking at a minimum dozens, but more likely hundreds.

I think the bulk of that was different agencies covering up their failures and people ran with it as proof of involvement. The CIA withheld information from the WC, so they were blamed. Burkley ran the autopsy and screwed that all up, etc.

A cover up would have involved the Secret Service (Treasury), the FBI (Justice), Army and Navy(Defense) as well as the DPD. All of these entities were involved in the gathering of evidence.

Paul Landis passed the rather high hurdle to becoming a Secret Service agent, left with an unblemished record, and has never even been accused of sensationalism, publicity-seeking, ideological extremism, or delusions in the years after he left the Secret Service.

So how is Paul Landis not a solid guy?

You should ask the guy who introduced the term into this thread.

To help put this in perspective, read the one- star
reviews of The Final Witness on goodreads. Golly gee willickers, as Rumsfeld used to say, even the famous CTer Palmara was suspicious.  He is, of course, one of Trine Day’s moneymakers, though not as many udders as Judyth Baker. They eat their own, as Jumbo Jim Di did with fellow Skyhorser…….. Peter Janney lol

A solid guy would not have kept a secret like that for over 60 years. How the hell would a bullet end up in the backseat. It makes no sense.

ex-Secret Service agents are not immune from cognitive decline. False memories happen to lots of people and Secret Service agents are people. No way I believe this cockamamie story.

See the above? That is YOU using the term "solid guy". If you are using terms that you have No Idea what they mean, just say so. Every post you make on any thread reveals why the Ed Forum went under.

Landis probably was a solid guy when he left the Secret Service. That's why it is not credible that he would have handled such an important piece of evidence as a bullet in such an incompetent manner as he claims to have done with CE399. He clearly didn't have all his marbles when he told his fantastic story in 2023, 60 years after the fact. Time affects all of us, both physically and mentally. His story makes no sense and doesn't jibe with other known facts.

People pass and then nobody living can be hurt physically or professionally when information is revealed. This is especially true when organized crime is involved. We see this now unfolding with the OJ Simpson case. Which also remains Unsolved.
