Let's be honest here Iran's been at war with us since Carter, and the JCPOA was worthless after 15 years. Trump tore up the agreement as he should have. Thanks to Donald Trump and Israel we will never need to worry about Iran having nuclear weapons.

You're not there yet. Looks like a long way to go.
There was a lot of good in that agreement and there was no need to kick us all the way back to square one.
Furthermore because of Trump's Unauthorized War, we are now dealing with a much more hard-nose regime. 

Two things are very concerning. You cannot and will not be able to kill the nuclear ambition (even for conventional use) Especially now. And there will have to be some kind of trust in the Iranians brought to the table.

It will likely take a very long time to get back to even the basic framework of JCPOA.
  Yea, let's be honest. It appears to be the only reasonable solution to work toward.
