Do JFK assassination conspiracy theorists have a perverse psychological or ideological need to believe the assassination was a conspiracy?
It sure seems that way to me.
This coming from an oddball who accuses everyone who disagrees with him of being a witting or unwitting Russian asset! LOL! Eee-gads, where do they find you people?
Do you have a "perverse psychological or ideological need" to obsess about the KGB/Russia to the point of seeing a knowing or unknowing Russian asset whenever someone disagrees with your minority view on the JFK case?
For the sake of any newcomers, innumerable polls have shown that 2/3 to 3/4 of the adults in the Western world believe JFK was killed by a conspiracy. The percentage of people who still believe there was only one gunman and no conspiracy of any kind is not that much higher than the percentage of people who believe that 9/11 was an inside job.
Finally, it is worth nothing that the last official U.S. Government investigation into the JFK assassination, i.e., the two-year investigation done by the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) in the late 1970s, concluded that JFK was killed by a conspiracy, that two gunmen were involved, that four shots were fired, that one of the shots came from the grassy knoll, that scientific acoustical evidence proved that more than three shots were fired, that there is credible evidence that anti-Castro Cubans were trying to frame Oswald for the assassinations weeks in advance, that Jack Ruby had significant Mafia ties, that Ruby lied about how he entered the basement to kill Oswald, that Ruby lied about why he killed Oswald, that the Warren Commission failed to pursue leads that indicated conspiracy, and that someone was moving boxes in the sixth-floor window within 2 minutes after the shooting at a time when Oswald could not have been there, among other findings.
Gee, did the HSCA members and staffers have a "perverse psychological or ideological need" to reject the Warren Commission's lone-gunman scenario? For that matter, did the three members of the seven-member Warren Commission who rejected the Commission's crucial single-bullet theory and doubted that Oswald acted alone have a similar "perverse" need not to buy the single-assassin myth?
It is so funny to see you and other lone-gunman theorists act like you are in the majority on the JFK case when in fact you are in the decided minority, when your view is rejected by the substantial majority of the Western world.
