Hi Alex, to be honest, I'm coming up with an even quicker time for the beginning of the Darnell footage that begins with this frame:



It's something closer to 19 seconds as I believe Weigman is in position filming the Hesters during this frame.
Whatever the case, a big thanks to yourself for providing some excellent quality footage to work with.

   It has always been a mystery to me why the Hesters would move from the Bench Area back to roughly the middle of the Pergola and THEN believe they needed to get down on the ground. Same goes for Mumford moving from the curb to up on the Knoll and THEN getting down on the ground. And the Chism Family moving from the curb/street, going well UP the knoll and THEN literally sprinting across it to the other side of Officer Haygood's motorcycle.
