No Royell, I'm not dodging anything.
I'm trying my hardest to work with you but you keep inventing things that aren't happening, which makes it impossible to move forward. The vast majority of my time on this thread has been trying to unravel nonsense you are making up out of thin air. Near the beginning of this thread you were insisting the Bell film showed Weigman running towards Zapruder. This turned out to be made up nonsense. Now you are again insisting there is a man running across the knoll in the Bell footage who someone has claimed is Weigman. This is complete nonsense. I'm challenging you to produce proof of the claims you have made about this person running in the Bell film. I'm starting to believe you are either lying, for some inexplicable reason, or something worse.
I'm not wasting another second on this until you clarify why you have been making these claims about Weigman running in the Bell footage when no such thing happens.

So, are you claiming the Hatted Figure on the Bell Film is standing Stock Still? I see the Bell Film showing this Hatted Figure from his side and he is moving (W). Just like we see a football running back moving on TV. Zapruder is NW of this in motion (W) bound Hatted Figure.
And you continue avoiding the SA Lem Johns issue. Why? Because once again I have raised a documented issue you were completely unaware of. Same goes for Sitzman claiming to have gone down to the bottom of the Knoll after climbing down from the Perch. Just because you are Unaware of an issue(s) I raise, does Not mean it is "complete nonsense". As the saying goes, "It's what you learn after you know-it-all that counts".
If You believe this Hatted Figure is Wiegman, at some point he HAS TO move (W) and (S) in order to eventually stand next to the Newman Family and film them on the ground at the bottom of the Knoll.
And, if you are going to seriously assign Time Lines, YOU need to shell out the $$ and buy yourself a copy of Trask's "Pictures Of The Pain". That is considered The Bible with respect to JFK Assassination Images.

Is the hatted figure you are talking about in the frame above?
