Determining a Timestamp for Darnell

Please tell this Forum where we can see a Darnell Frame that was filmed prior to the one posted below. NBC/The Sixth Floor Museum would also probably be very interested.

It is AFTER the opening frame below that shows the driver of Camera Car #2 standing outside of the car, that we THEN see Officer Baker running across the Island toward the TSBD. Yet, here you are claiming that Officer Baker has already, "run to the front steps" at the time of this opening frame. Or, are you claiming that the DPD Cop we see running across the Island is Not Officer Baker?

From Malcolm Couch WC testimony, he reached for his camera just seconds after he and Bob Jackson saw a rifle in the TSBD. He made a quick setting on the camera and raised the camera up to his eye.
If he started filming immediately, it would vertically be as fast at Dillard who reached for his camera and took a photo of TSBD in approx 10 seconds once post shots.
What is odd is why after Couch had just spotted a rifle being withdraw from the 6th floor TSBD window the he did not start his camera pointed at that window. ???

I'm assuming Couch's camera car was moving. That might have complicated his getting footage of the 6th floor window after he picked up the camera and adjusted the setting.
