Determining a Timestamp for Darnell

This is not the part of Darnell where Weigman is running down the hill.
This is the opening of Darnell. The guy in the hat is stood outside the vehicle. The camera then pans across to the front steps of the TSBD building where we see Baker running towards the steps. After this the camera pans back towards this vehicle but the man in the hat has now re-entered the vehicle. It is at this point we see Weigman running down the knoll.
I don't understand why you have decided to start constantly lying. It's really weird.

In the Bell footage we do not see Weigman running or moving anywhere.

Post an image of Weigman running in the Bell film.

I can't understand how you are seeing him moving across the grass when it doesn't happen.
Below are three stills from the Bell film showing this figure when we first see him, half way though and the last moment we see him. The duration of his appearance is less than 2 seconds. In that time he does not move from that spot.
On top of that, he is not stood up, he is lying across the steps and about to get up:

Weigman is not standing in this picture as I've been telling you all along.
I identified this man as Weigman at the very beginning of then thread.
He is lying across the couple of steps leading to the concrete walkway, as I've been telling you all along.

Weigman stays in this position for the couple of seconds we see him there in the Bell footage.
It appears that he is about to get up but he doesn't move anywhere.
Your insistence that he is running or stood up is disturbing. You are seeing things that just aren't there.

Me who has been synchronising this moment to the Z-film.
