Did any doctor who treated JFK or any doctor at any time say that JFK would have had no difficulty breathing? In fact, they all said that it would have caused difficulty breathing. In fact, Dr. Perry opened his trachea to restore breathing. So the question is which part of his reaction relates to difficulty breathing? Keep in mind that the HSCA concluded that JFK’s neck wound occurred at z190 or so. Two seconds delay is hardly a neuromuscular response.
