I just reread her WC testimony. What a piece of work! I'm not sure Leon Hubert knew what to make of her. Another one of those JFKA characters Damon Runyon* couldn't have invented.

*The adjective Runyonesque refers to the type of character and the type of situations and dialog that Runyon depicts. He spun humorous and sentimental tales of gamblers, hustlers, actors, and gangsters, few of whom go by "square" names, preferring instead colorful monikers such as "Nathan Detroit", "Benny Southstreet", "Big Jule", "Harry the Horse", "Good Time Charley", "Dave the Dude", or "The Seldom Seen Kid". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Damon_Runyon

They did? I happen to like Nancy and think she's a hoot, but this is all from the FBI interviews, https://www.aarclibrary.org/publib/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh26/pdf/WH26_CE_3059.pdf:

Carl Dahl, Oakland Police, Intelligence Section: Nancy volunteered "fanciful information" of "no substance" that was apparently a "product of her imagination." He would give "little credence" to her tales and regarded her as "emotionally unstable."

Cy Victorson, her attorney: Nancy is a "habitual liar" who "found it very difficult to tell the truth." She was continually telling "wild tales" that were "so ridiculous that no one could possibly believe them."

Paul Rayburn, DPD detective: Nancy is a "psychopathic liar" who "got great delight out of telling wild tales."

Dave Cherry, who had several encounters with her at night clubs: Nancy is "mentally deranged" and "incoherent in her speech."

I actually didn't find anything positive about Nancy.

FBI interview with a former employer and his secretary that is in the same "teller of tall tales" vein: https://www.history-matters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh26/pdf/WH26_CE_3060.pdf

The HSCA noted that the FBI gave Nancy a polygraph examination:

"She  was  extremely  nervous  and  indicated  she  had  taken  the  drug methadrine  on  the  date  of  the  examination. The  polygraph  examiner concluded  the  test  results  were  inconclusive  based  on  Rich’s past  medical  history  and  use  of  drugs.  The  FBI  report  went  on to  state:

The  examiner  observed  however  that  significant  emotional responses  recorded  by  the  polygraph  led  the  examiner  to  believe Perrin’s  story  regarding  Cuban  arms  meetings  is  untrue. The  examiner  is  of  the  opinion  she  has  a tendency  to  delusions of  grandeur."

Hence, the HSCA didn't investigate Nancy's story of Ruby being involved in gunrunning to Cuba.

You, sir, are a sourpuss. Nancy is an absolute hoot and rabbit holes are the only entertainment we have! Get with the program, willya?
