How did the dent by the mirror happen then? X-ray showed clean pass through. Where did this slug go?? Bullet hit K in top of his head, blew out right front, making this a left rear shot. Shooter's location shows in Z-film.
It was probably caused by a largish bullet fragment from the Z-313 shot.
That's very implausible. Any fragment exiting JFK's skull would have been traveling either upward or rightward, assuming for the sake of argument that the exit wound was exclusively in the right parietal bone (as claimed by the lone-gunman theory). How would a fragment that exited the right side of the skull have magically veered leftward and upward to hit the chrome above the rearview mirror? How would that have worked?
Another fragment from that shot may have hit the curb down by James Tague and caused a piece of concrete to nick his face.
That's even more ridiculous, for the reasons I detail in my ongoing thread
Why the James Tague Wounding Refutes the Lone-Gunman TheoryDo you understand that your magic head-shot fragment would have first had to veer markedly leftward and upward just to clear both the roll bar and the windshield and get on course to the curb? Do you understand that the Tague curb spot and Tague himself were to the left of the limo at the time? How would a bullet that exited the
right parietal bone have suddenly performed like a guided missile to clear the roll bar and windshield while also veering leftward to get on course to the curb over 200 feet away, and how would it then still have had enough velocity to blast a chip from the curb and send that chip streaking toward Tague with enough force to cut his face?
This is the kind of ludicrous, fairy-tale speculation that one must offer to defend the lone-gunman shooting scenario.
